Sign Design Agreement
- To develop ‘as-built’ drawings of your property, measure the existing space.
- Make an initial draft of your project’s design.
- Meet with our design team to give feedback on the initial iteration of your project’s design.
- Sign the Design Agreement and pay in advance to start the Design process.
- Revise the design till it’s the perfect fit for your wants and needs.
- We are confident that you will enjoy the design and that it can be built.
pre-construction
Sign pre-construction agreement
- Collaborate with our designers to choose materials, fixtures, and finishes for your project. Create interior detail drawings portraying the items you’ve chosen as they’ll be installed.
- To prepare for construction, we’ll walk our craftsmen and suppliers through the project.
- Refine your budget based on the materials you’ve chosen and the final building specifications.
- With the help of engineering, create permit-ready building blueprints.
- Obtain construction permissions.
CONSTRUCTION
5 – 9 months*
SIGN CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
- Throughout the construction phase, we schedule and supervise every work to assure the fit and finish of every aspect and keep the project on track.
- Our project management team will give you direct access to all pertinent information (construction schedule, requirements, plans, and detail drawings).
- We hold regular site meetings with you and our staff to go over the specifics as they emerge, ensuring that the project turns out exactly how you imagined.
