Our homeowners were thrilled to find this private home as they transitioned into the next phase of their lives. The home had the potential to meet all their needs but the path to arriving at it was not so clear. A close friend suggested working with EDI Design Build to redesign the house’s main living areas, with the goal of opening the space up into connected but defined areas for entertaining. Our team designed an intelligent, airy, and modern floor plan that emphasized the features that initially attracted them.
A gorgeous, large custom island anchors the classic toilets and bathspaces which features a palette of crisp whites and charcoal grays.
Throughout the home, there are new wide-plank wood floors, white modern flush doors, and matte black & brass hardware and finishes. Both bathrooms received full remodels and each reflects the homeowners’ sophisticated sense of style. We truly cannot gush enough about the transformation this home underwent and we are very proud of the design, craftsmanship, and partnership inherent in this project!
